Data Center Campus
The NuVu Petersburg Campus is a planned $1.1 billion data center development located on a 75-acre parcel in Petersburg, Virginia.
Developed by NuVu Real Estate, the three-building campus is fully entitled as a "by-right" project under Petersburg’s M-1 Light Industrial zoning and sits within a designated Opportunity Zone. Infrastructure plans for the facility include a grid connection to Dominion Energy via a dedicated new substation, clean energy sourcing, and a closed-loop water cooling system designed to avoid drawing from local municipal water supplies.
