Novva: Mesa Arizona Campus

Covering 160 acres, Novva’s first Arizona Data Center campus is located in Mesa, AZ. The campus includes five data halls, 1.3 million sq ft of data hall space, and 200,000 square feet of office space built over 2 phases. The Plan is also known as "Project Borealis".

Novva predicts the project will take 10 million human hours to construct, and the first phase, will launch in late 2026. The data center provider will invest more than $3 billion to build the campus in two phases over the next decade.
