Google's Lancaster campus sits on the western edge of Lancaster in Fairfield County, Ohio, about 30 miles southeast of Columbus. It lies west of the U.S. 33 bypass. The entrance is off Whiley Road on a private drive the county addresses as Technology Place.

Land. Table Mountain Industries LLC, the Google affiliate that holds the land, bought the 121.5-acre former farm in August 2021 for about $3.9 million. Google confirmed the Lancaster land that month as part of a $1 billion Ohio expansion. The affiliate added 62.8 acres to the south in March 2025. It bought 163.5 acres on Wilson Road, in Greenfield Township to the north, in September 2026. Google now holds about 348 acres here.

Development. Site grading began in late 2021. Google announced the campus with its Columbus campus in May 2023, with construction already under way. The first building was completed in 2024 and the second in 2025.

Power. AEP Ohio serves the campus. AEP built the Sifford 138 kV station on the site and cut it into its Bixby to West Lancaster 138 kV circuit. Two pairs of redundant 138 kV feeds run from Sifford to Google's on-site customer substations, one pair per building. AEP also upgraded the West Millersport to West Lancaster 138 kV line for the new load.

Operations. Google reports a trailing-twelve-month PUE of 1.04 for the campus, the lowest of its three Central Ohio campuses. Each building has standby generator yards and evaporative cooling towers.
