Data Center Campus
Logistics firm Goodman is set to enter the Silicon Valley data center market. The company confirmed the acquisition of a 45.8-acre site in San Jose for $200 million (bought from an affiliate of LBA Realty in October 2025).
The expansive site, located at 350 & 370 West Trimble Road, will be transformed into the "Goodman Innovation Centre San Jose," a mixed-use campus. The development plan features a two-building data center campus totaling 414,000 square feet, with power expected to be available by 2028.
Prior to its redevelopment, the property currently holds two existing R&D buildings, spanning 500,350 sq ft and currently occupied by lighting manufacturer Lumileds, which will become available for lease from October 2026. Goodman's plan follows a previous proposal by the seller, LBA Realty, to build a similar pair of data centers on the adjoining plots.
