Data Center Campus
The EdgeCore Mesa campus, initially planned for up to seven buildings, is undergoing significant expansion. In 2025, an additional 43.87 acres was added to the existing 40-acre facility, bringing the total land to nearly 84 acres.
The first data hall (PH01) was completed in 2019, encompassing 200,880 square feet with a 20,000 square feet for office and support space included .
In 2023, EdgeCore announced plans to construct two new data center buildings (PH02 and PH03) after acquiring approximately 15 acres previously owned by Meta Platforms Inc. The two developments would collectively serve as a six-building "integrated flagship campus,"

Edgecore is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. It operates under the EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure brand and focuses on large, high-density campuses for hyperscale customers. Partners Group acquired the platform in November 2022 and later completed an additional equity investment in 2024. Current and planned development includes Mesa in Greater Phoenix, Santa Clara in Silicon Valley, the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center near Reno, and multiple sites in Virginia including Ashburn, Culpeper, and Louisa County.
