Located on 54 acres in Lithia Springs, GA, it sits next to Microsoft's 300-acre facility and 2.5 miles from Google, aiming to meet the growing infrastructure needs in the area. At full buildout, the campus will feature three data center buildings.

DC BLOX is a digital infrastructure provider in the Southeastern United States. The company provides colocation, network connectivity and dark fiber services for enterprises and carriers, and operates a cable landing station in South Carolina with a second station planned in Florida.
It is developing hyperscale data center campuses in the Atlanta metro area. In 2025 the company announced additional subsea capacity and secured project financing to advance Atlanta West.
