Data Center Campus
DataBank's Lithia Springs Campus covers about 95 acres off Bakers Ferry Road in the City of South Fulton, west of Atlanta, with two three-story data centers and an on-site Georgia Power substation. Construction began in 2024, with both buildings due by 2027.
DataBank's Lithia Springs Campus sits on about 95 acres at 4764 Bakers Ferry Road SW in the City of South Fulton, Fulton County, about 20 minutes west of downtown Atlanta. DataBank named the campus for nearby Lithia Springs, but the land lies in Fulton County, east of the Chattahoochee River.
DataBank announced the land purchase in October 2023. The campus holds two three-story data centers with about 875,000 square feet of building area. Both use DataBank's Universal Data Hall Design for air-cooled and closed-loop liquid-cooled deployments. Brasfield & Gorrie is the general contractor. Construction began in 2024.
Power and connectivity. A 180 MW Georgia Power substation stands on the campus parcel. A Georgia Power 230 kV transmission line crosses the property. Georgia EPD permitted 74 diesel emergency generators for the two buildings in June 2025. Dark fiber links the campus to DataBank's ATL2/ATL3 interconnection hub in Atlanta's West End.
Environment. Crews found rare Georgia asters during early site work. DataBank moved them to a protected on-site pollinator habitat designed with Kimley-Horn.
DataBank's separate South Fulton Data Center (ATL4) stands about half a mile north at 200 Selig Drive SW, on its own parcel.
