Data4's PAR03 campus is at 7 Route de Villejust in Nozay (Essonne), in the Paris-Saclay agglomeration about 18 km south of Paris and 2 km northeast of Data4's PAR01 campus in Marcoussis. The project company is DATA 4 NOZAY SAS. Data4 is owned by Brookfield Infrastructure.

  • Land: Data4 bought about 23 ha of Nokia's Paris-Saclay site (cadastral parcels Nozay AA 10, 18, 19 and 20), announced in April 2023. The fenced PAR03 site takes about 12.5 ha on the western part, with about 4.8 ha of building footprint. Nokia buildings remain to the east.
  • History: The land was an Alcatel-Lucent, then Nokia, office and research site. Data4 first planned eight data centers here. In May 2025 it relaunched PAR03 as an AI campus and doubled the planned investment to €2 billion. About fifteen Nokia buildings, including a nine-storey tower, came down between August 2024 and May 2025.
  • Permits: The environmental authorization, RTE's public-utility declaration for the grid link and three building permits went through one public inquiry from December 2025 to January 2026. The inquiry commissioner gave favorable opinions in February 2026, and the prefecture's decision is dated May 2026.
  • Power: RTE is building a double underground 225 kV line of about 3.6 km from its new Escargot substation beside PAR01, and is reinforcing the Les Loges - Escargot 225 kV link. An on-site building holds two 225 kV substations with four 85 MVA transformers. Backup comes from 85 generators of 3.2 MW each running on HVO 100, plus two small units for the administration building.
  • Cooling and heat reuse: The data halls use direct liquid cooling. A heat-recovery building will send waste heat to Nozay's planned eco-district.
  • Positioning: Data4 markets PAR03 as an AI-focused twin of its Marcoussis campus.
