Campus at a Glance
Cologix has acquired approximately 154 acres of land in Johnstown, Ohio, to develop a new, AI-ready data center campus. The development plans include eight AI-ready data centers, which will span 2.0 million square feet when fully built out. The new campus will support Central Ohio's rapidly advancing digital economy and provide high-density, ultra-low latency and sustainable infrastructure for hyperscalers and enterprises.
Development of the first phase is anticipated to begin in 2025.

Operational since December 2010, Cologix has completed nine acquisitions and announced six new market expansions:
- Acquisition: The Dallas INFOMART data center suite from NaviSite
- Acquisition: Canix Colo located in Montreal, Canada
- Acquisition: Telehouse Centre Canada, located in Toronto and Vancouver, Canada
- Acquisition: Standard Connections, located in Toronto, Canada

- Expansion: 12,000 SQF expansion in the Dallas INFOMART building in Dallas, Texas

- 2014 Acquisition: DataCenter.BZ located in Columbus, Ohio
- Expansion: 2.7 acres land acquisition in Columbus, Ohio immediately adjacent to existing 5-acre data center campus
- Sept 2014 Acquisition: Colo5 data centers in Jacksonville and Lakeland, Florida
- Oct 2015 Net Access (NAC) acquisition added 3 data centers and 1 disaster recovery center in New Jersey.
