CleanArc is developing a major data center campus in Caroline County, Virginia, specifically engineered for hyperscale and AI companies. The site, initially spanning 650 acres along I-95 between Ashburn and Richmond, will deliver substantial power capacity starting with Phase 1 in Q1 2027 and a further expansion by 2030. In October 2025, the company acquired an additional 87.5 acres to facilitate future growth, projecting a third 300MW expansion between 2033 and 2035.
