The campus consists of five buildings, with a total of 1.9 million-square-feet. The site is adjacent to a power plant (the 778MW natural gas Panda Stonewall Energy Center from Bechtel and Siemens Energy)
In November 2023, TA Realty finalized a massive agreement to lease its entire five-building campus in Leesburg to Amazon (AWS).
In February 2026, TA Realty sold the first two completed buildings (totaling 745,000 sq ft) to a third-party investor.
