Ares Management, through its global platform Ada Infrastructure, is spearheading a massive expansion into the U.S. market with a 314-acre greenfield data center campus in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Strategically positioned along the high-growth I-95 South corridor, this project is designed to meet the skyrocketing demand for AI-ready infrastructure and hyperscale capacity.
The first phase of the development will feature two state-of-the-art buildings utilizing advanced, flexible cooling systems specifically engineered to support high-density GPU workloads.
