Google to Invest $9bn in Virginia Data Centers

Google announced this week that it will invest an additional $9 billion in Virginia through the end of 2026, which will go towards the development of a new data center in Chesterfield County and the expansion of the existing facilities in Loudoun and Prince William Counties.

Stack Joins Multi-Billion-Dollar Data Center Project in New Mexico

Stack this week announced its role in Project Jupiter, a proposed large data center campus in Doña Ana County, which could see up to $165 billion in investment over the entire project.

Hut 8 Announces Four Data Center Projects across US

Hut 8 has announced plans to develop four new sites across the United States, totaling 1.53GW of capacity under development, with the expansion sites range in scale from 50MW to 1GW of utility capacity across Louisiana, Texas, and Illinois.

Zenith Obtains Planning Approval for 1.24GW Data Center Project

US energy infrastructure developer Zenith Volts has been granted approval from the Chaves County Commission for a 300-acre data center project designed to support 1.24GW or more of power capacity.

Novva Data Centers Acquires 205 Acres of Land in Las Vegas

US operator Novva Data Centers has acquired nearly 205 acres in the Apex Industrial Park in North Las Vegas, Nevada, in a $181 million deal, which reportedly closed earlier this month for a planned industrial campus.
