BGO Secures $260m for US Data Center Development

Real estate investment firm BentallGreenOak announced the successful close of its data center co-investment fundraise, totaling approximately $260m, and is also in advanced stages of securing up to 800MW of power capacity to enable the construction of up to 3.2 million sq ft (297,289 sqm) of data center space.

Mastercard to Invest €250m in Three Data Centers in France

Mastercard is planning to develop three new data centers in France with plans to invest around €250 million ($289.81m) in the data centers, which will build on around a dozen data centers already operating in Europe.

OpenAI plans to deploy another Stargate data center cluster, this time in Port Washington, Wisconsin, to be developed alongside Oracle and Vantage Data Centers, on a site from powered land provider Cloverleaf Infrastructure.

Exa Infrastructure Secures more than €1.3bn in Latest Refinancing

Fiber firm Exa Infrastructure has refinanced its existing facilities and raised more than €1.3 billion ($1.52bn) in new financing, which will support Exa's continued growth ambitions and network expansion plans.
