Sabey Data Centers: Sabey Plans To Develop Two Data Center Buildings in Round Rock, Texas

Sabey Data Centers is planning to develop two data center buildings in Round Rock, Texas. The officials of Round Rock announced that the data center company wants to demolish the Sears Telesery building at 1300 Louis Henna Blvd. and develop the buildings there. Sabey has an agreement with the Round Rock city to invest at least $5 million in business personal property & new equipment and $185 million in real property improvements.
The Interim President and CEO of the Round Rock Chamber, Jordan Robinson, said the city is happy to have Sabey Data Centers in Round Rock. He added that the data center development will help improve Round Rock and Central Texas’ status as a global innovation and technology hub. Worthy of note is that Sabey Data Centers hasn’t made any announcement about the development.
