Prime Data Centers to lease 9MW data center in Santa Clara to Cyxtera

Prime Data Centers announces pre-lease of its new 9MW facility under construction in Santa Clara, California, to Cyxtera. Cyxtera will be leasing the entire four-story building facility with a total space of 121,000 square feet. Prime Data Centers first announced the facility's construction in October 2020, with completion scheduled for late 2021.

Jeff Barber, EVP Sales and Marketing at Prime, said that adding a company like Cyxtera to their customer list helps push the Company's goal of building strong partnerships in the industry. He also said that Prime would continue trying to create partnerships like this where the parties involved will realize economic benefits and efficiencies.
