Mapletree: 8011 Villa Park: Mapletree acquires Bank of America campus in Richmond VA

Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT), a Singapore based REIT, acquired Bank of America’s campus at 8011 Villa Park Drive on March 12 for $208 million. The 46-acre campus in Richmond Virginia has five office buildings with a mix of office and data center space.
The campus is 100 percent leased by Charlotte based Bank of America through 2027. As part of the deal Bank of America extended their lease expiration from June 2022 to June 2027.
