GRC Secures Investment from Samsung Ventures

GRC, a provider of single-phase immersion cooling for data centers this week announced it has secured investment from Samsung Ventures to support its growth. Ventures joins GRC's major shareholders, including HTS, SK Enmove, and ENEOS in the latest financing, while Samsung’s C&T construction unit has entered into a strategic partnership with the company.

"GRC is delighted with this additional round of capital and vote of confidence from our existing investors, as well as our most recent investor, Samsung," said Peter Poulin, CEO, GRC.

"The company is well-positioned to meet the growing demands of the marketplace and will continue its legacy of leadership in data center single-phase liquid immersion cooling. With this additional capital, GRC will continue to innovate and expand its collaboration with strategic partners to deliver low TCO, low-risk integrated designs supported by local installation, operation, and maintenance expertise."
