Evoque has announced that it is moving beyond a colocation provider to offering build-to-suit data center services. The company's senior director of communications, Kevin Fleming, revealed that it is pioneering a new development with its build-to-suit solutions for government, hyperscale, and enterprise customers. He added that it was important for the company to make the powered shell projects very sustainable. According to Fleming, this was achievable because of the experience of Evoque's parent company Brookfield Energy Partners' with sustainability.
The company also noted that it could offer dedicated pod, wholesale whitespace, brownfield, or greenfield. These will be offered from its existing landbank or next to operational facilities. Evoque currently operates 11 data centers in the US and offers colocation services in the Netherlands, the UK, Singapore, and Germany.
