Evoque has announced that it is developing a data center campus outside Nashville in Gallatin, Tennessee. Evoque is working with Archer Datacenters to provide data center capacity at an existing data center while expanding the site further. The 28.5-acre site is located at 1398 Gateway Drive. It features a 7,600 square meter (82,000 square foot) data center shell, with more than 40MW of power available.
According to Evoque, the project will go through four phases of development. The project will develop on the existing data center site while expanding to a 32.8-acre site adjacent to the existing site. The campus can be developed to reach over 100MW in capacity while spanning 46,450 square meters (500,000 square feet).
The CEO of Evoque, Andy Stewart, noted that the opportunity to develop a large-scale facility in Nashville to serve large enterprises, cloud service providers, and hyperscalers is exciting. He said the company looks forward to making the most of this opportunity by delivering world-class digital infrastructure solutions to customers.
