Digital Realty gains control of Seattle's Carrier Hotel, the Westin Building

Digital Realty will gain control of Seattle's Carrier Hotel, the Westin Building. Digital announced it will acquire an additional 49% stake in the Westin Building Exchange from Clise Properties.
Digital already had a 49% stake in the project which it acquired in 2006.
