CMC Telecom: CMC Telecom To Open a New Data Center This Month

CMC Telecom has announced that it will be opening a new data center in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam before the month runs out. The new data center will be called TÂN THUẬN, and it will offer up to 107,600 square feet (10,000 square meters) of data center space. It will also have a capacity for 1,200 racks. Interestingly, the data center is Design certified Tier III by Uptime. CMC houses the facility in its CMC Creative Space complex. 

The DCEO/CMO of CMC Telecom, Dang Tung Son, said, developing an Uptime Tier III certified data center shows that the company is committed to deploying digital infrastructure that meets international standards. He added CMC would continue delivering state-of-the-art services with security in mind to meet customers’ increasing demands. CMC Telecom was founded in 2008, and it is jointly owned by Malaysian telco Time dotcom and Vietnamese ICT firm CMC Group.
