Evoque Data Center Solutions has appointed Andy Stewart as CEO, effective immediately. Stewart brings more than 15 years of senior management experience, including a decade of strategic development and execution, to Evoque. He previously served chief strategy officer at TierPoint, where he was responsible for leading product development, technology strategy and mergers and acquisitions.
Stewart also held the chief financial officer position and led TierPoint through a series of eleven acquisitions and over $2 billion of equity and debt financings. Most recently, he was executive adviser at Thompson Street Capital Partners and has served as a board member at managed technology services provider BCM One since January 2019.
Stewart replaces Tim Caulfield as CEO, who lead the formation of Evoque from 31 AT&T data centers in January 2019. “Evoque has evolved over the past 18 months. What once was a business unit within AT&T has now become a stand-alone company operating 31 data centers globally,” said Caulfield. “This is the appropriate time to bring someone in to lead the company through the next stage of development. Andy is joining Evoque to lead the next wave of mission-critical decisions and opportunities facing the company,” he added.
