The first site, located in the Querétaro area of Mexico, is scheduled to come online in Q1 2026, followed by new campuses in Campinas, Brazil (2027) and Chile (2027–2028). Further details on the projects were not shared.

“Latin America is entering a new cycle of digital infrastructure growth, driven by cloud, AI, and enterprise demand,” said José Eduardo Quintella, CEO of Terranova. “Our focus is on disciplined growth – building reliable, scalable data centers that earn our clients’ trust through delivery, efficiency, and performance.”
