According to Westfield News, a data center campus with 2.7 million square feet of floor space is being proposed in Westfield, Massachusetts. The campus will be at 199 Servistar Industrial Way. This campus will have ten three-story data center buildings. It would also be built over 13-18 years. Sources also claim Servistar Realties is behind the project.

The community development director, Peter J. Miller, commented on the development. He said the potential revenue from the project is enormous. He added that the company would be the biggest taxpayer in the city within the first three years. The Mayor of the city, Donald Humason, also said he envisions the number of factories that will spring up from this, leading to more jobs.
