TeraWulf is significantly expanding its infrastructure footprint through the acquisition of the Morgantown Generating Station in Newburg, Maryland, a 210MW grid-connected facility with the potential to scale to 1GW.

In a significant industrial pivot, Century Aluminum Company has sold its 750-acre former smelting site in Hawesville, Kentucky, to Raylan Data Holdings (an affiliate of TeraWulf) for $200 million.

Terawulf has secured an 80-year ground lease for a high-performance computing (HPC) and AI data center campus at the former Cayuga coal-fired power plant in Lansing, New York.
