STN, Inc. is a technology services company headquartered in Pleasanton, California, led by founder and CEO Sabur Mian. It offers managed infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance and technology procurement services. It also operates GPU One, a private GPU cloud with active locations in Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and Chicago and further sites under development in Missouri, South Carolina and Texas.

In West Texas, STN is developing Project Landman, an AI data center campus in Ector County built from factory-made modules with direct-to-rack liquid cooling. The Texas Comptroller lists RXT Power, LLC and STN Incorporated as owners of the project, with RXT Power as operator.

In November 2026, Ector County officials said construction of Project Landman employed hundreds of workers.
In June 2026, the Texas Comptroller registered STN OD1 Project Landman as a large data center project.
In June 2025, HPE named STN its Service Provider of the Year.
