NordVire: Ii (Isokangas)
NordVire is preparing a data center site of about 50 hectares on the west side of the Isokangas area of Ii for a future operator.
NordVire Development Oy is a founder-led Finnish company based in Helsinki. Petri Valkama and Antti Valkama founded it in 2026, and Petri Valkama is CEO. Both founders previously worked in real estate and energy investment.
NordVire takes data centre sites through land, zoning, permits, grid connection and heat reuse planning, then offers them to operators and investors. It works with two delivery models: powered land ready for the operator's own build, and build-to-suit, where it delivers a shell or a full facility through contractors. Each site pairs a data centre with an energy campus that uses its waste heat. The company reports six projects under development.
