Menlo Digital's MD-DC3 (Richmond) data center campus consists of four buildings on 73.87 acres. The campus will span 1,179,392 square feet.
The building is 100% leased on a long-term basis to a major telecommunications company.
In July 2025, Digital Realty sold the facility in Atlanta to Menlo Equities for $65.5m. The site totals around 31,000 sqm.
