Acquired in January 2022, this fully entitled 8.9-acre development site in Sunnyvale, CA features (1) two-story building totaling approximately 244,214 square feet served by an on-site substation.

Menlo Digital's MD-DC3 (Richmond) data center campus consists of four buildings on 73.87 acres. The campus will span 1,179,392 square feet.

A proposal has been approved for a data center at 300 Holger Way in North San Jose, California, though the official permit filings do not explicitly name the developer or operator.

The building is 100% leased on a long-term basis to a major telecommunications company.
