Income – International Company for Petroleum & Industrial Services is a Giza-based infrastructure partner founded in 1973 as a subsidiary of Egypt's IGI Group, the Sheta family's diversified holding company spanning construction, real estate, industry, and agriculture. Chaired by Hisham Sheta, Income has historically acted as an agent connecting international principals to Egyptian megaprojects across petroleum, electricity, renewable energy, transportation, and water sanitation, with a portfolio including the Grand Egyptian Museum and the CBD New Capital's Iconic Tower. Its planned Borg El Arab data center marks its first disclosed move into digital infrastructure.
