Chaired by Hisham Sheta, Income has historically acted as an agent connecting international principals to Egyptian megaprojects across petroleum, electricity, renewable energy, transportation, and water sanitation, with a portfolio including the Grand Egyptian Museum and the CBD New Capital's Iconic Tower. Its planned Borg El Arab data center marks its first disclosed move into digital infrastructure.
