Renewable energy developer FF Ventures has announced plans to invest €200 million ($234.4 million) to develop a new data center in Aljustrel, Portugal.

FF Ventures specializes in the development of large-scale renewable energy projects, including solar photovoltaic (PV), battery energy storage systems (BESS), and wind energy, with a primary focus on Europe.
Founded in 2018, FF Ventures initially aimed to develop solar PV projects in the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal). Today, the company has grown to a team of 45 professionals and is actively managing a development portfolio of approximately 1.5 GW in Spain, 1.5 GW in Portugal, and more than 1 GW in Romania. In addition, FF Ventures has recently expanded its operations into France, with a project pipeline of more than 1 GW at an early stage of development, marking its continued growth in new markets.
