Guam Cablevision (MCV or Marianas Cable Vision Broadband) was acquired by DoCoMo Pacific in 2013. DoCoMo Pacific is a subsidiary of Japanese mobile phone operator NTT Docomo, which itself is a subsidiary of Japan's incumbent telephone operator, NTT.
