Cobra Green Hyperscale

Cobra Green Hyperscale Srl is an Italian company headquartered in Rome, founded in 2022, whose core business is the design, installation and supply of photovoltaic systems for electricity generation. In June 2025 it was acquired from NV Holding by Tendercapital, the asset manager of an Irish alternative investment fund focused on infrastructure and sustainable projects including renewable energy, energy efficiency, generation and storage, and energy-neutral data centers. Alongside its renewables activity, the company holds a project to develop an energy-neutral data center campus, representing its first venture into the sector. No company leadership has been publicly identified.
