ARSAT (Empresa Argentina de Soluciones Satelitales S.A.) is the Argentine state-owned enterprise established to provide comprehensive telecommunications and digital services. Its unique operational model focuses on ensuring connectivity across the country by integrating a combination of terrestrial, aerial, and space-based infrastructure. This includes the operation of its own geostationary satellite fleet, the management of the Federal Fiber Optic Network (REFEFO), and running its own data center facilities. ARSAT's primary mission is to guarantee technological sovereignty and promote digital inclusion for all citizens of Argentina.
