The Hiranandani Group is set to invest Rs 8,500 crore ($1.1 billion) to build six Yotta hyperscale data centers in Uttarpara, Kolkata, West Bengal. They will acquire a 100-acre site from Hindustan Motors for this purpose. The overall development, which includes a logistics park delivered by Greenbase (a Hiranandani and Blackstone Group joint venture), is estimated to cost around Rs 10,000 crore ($1.3 billion).
