The TO7 Technology Park (DJI02) is a transformative infrastructure project by Wingu Africa, developed in partnership with Djibouti’s TO7 Network to cement the nation's status as the "Marseille of Africa." Officially inaugurated in November 2024, the campus is a Tier III-certified facility that uniquely integrates a carrier-neutral data center with Djibouti’s first carrier-neutral Cable Landing Station (CLS).

Designed to meet the explosive demand for cloud services and international traffic, it serves as a critical landing point for next-generation subsea systems like 2Africa and Blue-Raman.
