Azrieli Group has significantly expanded its international data center footprint through a major agreement to build a new campus in Norway via its subsidiary, Green Mountain.

The project, estimated at approximately €1 billion ($1.05 billion), involves providing extensive capacity to a leading international tech company under a 15-year contract. Expected to be delivered in stages starting in March 2027, the deal is a landmark for Azrieli, projected to generate an average annual net operating income (NOI) of roughly €117 million.
