T-REX Acquisition Corp. has acquired a 6,000-square-foot (557 sq m) turnkey cryptocurrency mining and colocation facility in Orofino, Idaho, from Peak Digital Solutions LLC for $500,000.
The facility’s footprint will be split to balance internal operations and recurring revenue, with 4,000 square feet dedicated to housing T-REX's proprietary Bitcoin mining hardware to capitalize on reduced direct electricity costs. The remaining 2,000 square feet will be allocated to colocation services, allowing third-party crypto miners to rent out space, rack systems, cooling, and operational support staff for a monthly fee.
