T.Loop holds a land reservation from the City of Hanko for a data center on Santalankaari in Hanko's Eastern Industrial Area. The reservation runs for the time needed for permits and studies. The design routes recovered server heat into the Hanko district heating network, and the coastal site has year-round free cooling and access to Baltic subsea fiber routes.
