The Sines 4.0 project is a hyperscale data center campus in the Sines Industrial and Logistics Zone (ZILS), adjacent to the Thermoelectric Power Station. Set to be one of Europe's largest data center campuses, it will comprise a total of 9 buildings upon completion. The first building, NEST-New & Emerging Sustainable Technologies, was successfully developed in 2024, marking the project's initial phase.

Engexpor was entrusted with the construction of this first building. The remaining eight buildings are scheduled to be developed by 2028.
