A turnkey data center property in Dayton, Ohio, is coming to market as its current tenant prepares to exit.
The 27,360-square-foot (2,540 sqm) single-story data center sits on a 4.5-acre plot. Originally constructed in 1991, the facility underwent significant renovations in 2019 to maintain modern standards. Currently occupied by Radian, a mortgage and real estate services firm, the property will become available when the company completes its planned exit by the end of 2024. New tenants will have the opportunity to occupy this fully equipped facility starting January 2025.
