Prosperity Parc, a major data center campus, is planned for a 213-acre former aluminum works site in Anglesey, North Wales, acquired by Stena in 2022. Stena subsidiary Anglesey Land Holdings, with Cadnant Planning as consultants, proposes 2.6m sq ft of data center buildings, 107,600 sq ft of offices, and 53,800 sq ft of R&D space at the old Penrhos Aluminium Works site.

The technology park will also feature a battery energy storage system, aiming to generate £578m annually for the Welsh economy and create 1,200 jobs once operational.
