Under the codename Project Fighting Pike, Critical Data House (CDH) is developing a new 300-acre campus in Williams County. The development includes seven buildings, ranging from 275,000 to 500,000 sq ft (25,550 to 46,450 sqm). These facilities will utilize a closed-loop cooling system with direct-to-chip liquid cooling.

Update: Data center master plan submitted to City of Williston was approved on March 17 th , 2025.

Construction is slated for Q2 2025 to Q4 2027, with the first phase involving two buildings. The full three-phase build-out is anticipated to take ten years, representing a potential investment of $5 billion by CDH, with an additional $5 billion for IT hardware.

Two (2) pre-cast concrete partners standing by to begin work casting concrete tilt up walls. 300 laborers dedicated to this scope of work.
Three (3) fiber carriers available to provide dark and lit fiber to Denver, Chicago, MSP, Lincoln and Omaha and Seattle.
Pioneer power generation plant-600 megawatts-operating today.
300-megawatt power will serve letter in hand with an option to grow to 600 megawatts.
