The Japanese conglomerate Muroosystems Corporation has partnered with the Uzbekistani Atomic Energy Agency (Uzatom) to plan the world's first data center powered entirely by a Small Modular Reactor (SMR).

The digital infrastructure facility will be located in the Jizzakh region and primarily powered by a Russian-made electrical RITM-200N reactor via a direct line.
