Meta Begins Construction on Tulsa Data Center

Meta, the social media giant, is investing $800 million to develop its newest data center campus in Aiken County, South Carolina. This will be the company's 22nd data center in the US and 26th globally. The project, located in the 2,400-acre Sage Mill Industrial Park in Graniteville, will encompass at least two buildings, offering a total of 715,000 sq ft (66,425 sqm) of space. The site is expected to be operational in spring 2027.
