ImpactData: Greensboro, NC

Data center developer ImpactData has teamed up with Raeden for its first data center project in North Carolina. Raeden entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with ImpactData to facilitate the construction of a turnkey colocation data center in Greensboro, North Carolina. The initial Phase I build-out at the Greensboro site is slated for completion in Q2 2026, with the facility designed to expand significantly in later phases.

Plans for the Greensboro location were initially unveiled in August 2022. The 115,000-square-foot (10,680 sqm) facility is branded as a "Dream Center" by ImpactData and will offer educational services in collaboration with North Carolina A&T State University.
