Greensparc: Petersburg, Alaska

Site planned for 2027 and has expansions through 2028

Greensparc Petersburg is a planned edge data center deployment located on the waterfront of Petersburg, Alaska, at the site of the former Ocean Beauty Seafoods canning plant.

The project aims to revitalize the long-vacant facility by retrofitting approximately 1,500 square feet of the 65,000-square-foot building into a compact, specialized edge data node. Strategically leveraging legacy infrastructure, the modular facility is designed to put the property's existing, idle utility transformer back into service to provide regional, low-latency computing power backed by Southeast Alaska's renewable energy resources.
