In 2023, Google secured a long-term lease agreement for a substantial data center in Navi Mumbai, spanning 381,000 sq ft (35,400 sqm). The lease term extends beyond 28 years. This eight-story facility will be situated within the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation's (MIDC) industrial estate.
The transaction was executed through Google's affiliate, Raiden Infotech India, in partnership with Amanthin Info Parks Private Limited. Amanthin, which is leasing the land from MIDC, is a subsidiary of EverYondr – a joint venture established in 2021 between Everstone Group and data center developer Yondr Gr
