Google is planning to develop a $576 million data center campus along 76th Avenue SW and Edgewood Road SW in the Big Cedar Industrial Center, marking a milestone for the city and state of Iowa in supporting large-scale tech investments.
The first building is projected to be completed in 2026. Four additional buildings are planned for future phases to build out Google’s second major data center campus in Iowa.
